Our outdoor movement classes overlooking Ramsey Lake in Bell Park blend movement, music, and mindfulness—helping you feel strong, grounded, and energized all summer long.
Classes are in full swing this summer and you'll find us at the Katherine Bell Gazebo. Drop ins are welcome and classes are always beginner friendly. We have Sunrise Conditioning at 6am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:30pm we have yoga classes and Wednesday evenings at 7pm we have Pilates! Plus our Full Moon Classes featuring live music are happening monthly following the moon cycle.
Classes are held at the Katherine Bell Gazebo in Bell Park
You can park in the lot at the end of Boland St., walk down the stairs and you'll find our Gazebo!
