Happening every Full Moon, all summer long.  our practice starts before sunset, breathing and setting our intentions for the next moon cycle. By the time our practice is over, the beautiful full moon is rising over the water making it an experience you don't want to miss.

All of our Full Moon Classes feature Live Music by local legend, Matt Foy!

Enjoy a low to medium intensity flow with a strong focus on breathing techniques all while enjoying the breathtaking view from the beautiful deck of the Katherine Bell Gazebo inside Bell Park. All Levels Welcome.

CONDITIONING.

Sunrise Conditioning at Bell Park is your chance to build strength, energy, and confidence in the outdoors. These beginner-friendly classes are designed to meet you where you’re at, with progressive programming that helps you improve week by week. We’ll combine resistance training, power work, and endurance to create a well-rounded, functional fitness experience. Using the park as our gym, every session feels fresh, motivating, and connected to nature. Whether you’re just getting started or getting back into a routine, you’ll be supported, challenged, and part of a welcoming community.

PILATES.

A simple, grounded mat Pilates class focused on core strength, mobility, and control. This beginner-friendly session helps you build a strong foundation, improve posture, and move with more ease in your body. Expect slow, intentional movement, clear guidance, and a supportive, welcoming atmosphere.​
