CONDITIONING.

Designed to increase your heart rate, using body weight exercises to tone and strength plus cardio training around the park, all while taking in the beautiful sunrises over Ramsey Lake.

SUNSET 
YOGA

Enjoy a low TO medium intensity flow with a strong focus on breathing techniques all while enjoying the breathtaking view from the beautiful deck of the Katherine Bell Gazebo inside Bell Park. All Levels Welcome.

Happening every Full Moon, all summer long.  our practice starts before sunset, breathing and setting our intentions for the next moon cycle. By the time our practice is over, the beautiful full moon is rising over the water making it an experience you don't want to miss.

SUNSET 
PILATES.

Sunset Pilates is a calm, beginner-friendly mat class focused on core strength, mobility, and mindful movement. Slow, controlled exercises help you build stability, improve posture, and unwind at the end of the day.
