Help calm your mind, move your body and balance your nervous system with Wellness Wednesday Yoga sessions. In these 45 minute yoga sessions we will take a pause from our busy academic life and focus on mindfulness, movement and breathwork. You will feel recharged and ready to face the day.

About the event
Hi! I'm Jenn Ricker and I've been teaching yoga and fitness in Sudbury for over 15 years! You'll find me all summer long teaching classes overlooking Ramsey Lake in Bell Park. I love our city and I love contributing to the mental and physical wellness of our community members. Yoga can be such an amazing practice to help balance our nervous system. We all have big goals to achieve and sometimes the journey to those goals can feel heavy and overwhelming. My goal is to help you with some of the stress you may be feeling. I'm inviting you to join me for a practice that can help reset, recharge and refresh. Come take a pause from the academic stress and let's move and breathe together!
