Yin Yoga + Sound Bath Journey

Join us for a restorative journey of movement, mindfulness, meditation, vocal activation, and sound healing. Balance the body, mind, and spirit in our entrancing sound journey! We will incorporate an array of healing instruments including singing bowls, chimes, native hand drums, rainstick, shell shakers, vocals and more. Infused with Reiki, the frequencies involved will assist with awakening, healing and aligning chakras.
